Welcome to our Camel Trekking in the Sand dunes of Erg Chebbi Merzouga
A visit to the majestic dunes of Erg Chebbi, the largest dunes in North Africa, is an experience everyone should have in their lifetime. The Sahara desert of Merzouga is a trip that you will think about forever. Imagine yourself riding a camel, following the guide through the Sahara desert, the orange dunes rising around you to heights of 300 meters. All you can hear are the footsteps of the camel on the soft sand as you enjoy the solitude of the seemingly endless landscape. During the day the sky is vast and blue contrasting the backdrop of the dunes, and at night you see millions of bright stars. The desert is a peaceful escape from the rush and noise of the cities.
There are a number of options for your camel trek, starting from a day outing to a two-week expedition? The ideal time for camel trekking is from September to April, but you can spend the night in our camp at any season.
